Some plans have Third Party Administrators. Contact the 800 number on the back of your insurance card to confirm in-network behavioral or mental-health services, particularly telehealth coverage. Rise is non-participating and does not accept Medicare or Medicaid plans.
Insurance plans and benefits vary. Rise Psychiatric Services will verify your insurance benefits to the best of our ability; however, verification does not guarantee coverage or payment. We recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to confirm your mental health benefits and coverage for services at Rise Psychiatric Services.
For patients paying out of pocket, we will provide clear information about expected costs and fees when scheduling your appointment. You have the right to request a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges before beginning services.
For uninsured or out-of-network clients, Rise operates a private self-pay system through Tebra Telemedicine using Stripe. HSA payments may be used. Self-pay payments and copays are due at the time of service; existing clients can make secure payments in their individual Tebra Patient Portal.
